Alex H. Weber, Chairman of the Board and CEO, has many years of experience in the areas of wealth management, cross-border estate and tax planning, as well as philanthropic projects. He worked as a client advisor and financial planner at Credit Suisse Private Banking in Zurich and Hong Kong and as an attorney-at-law at Niederer Kraft & Frey in Zurich. He is a member of the Board of Directors of various companies and chairs several charitable and non-profit organisations.

Alex H. Weber graduated from the University of Zurich with an MLaw degree and obtained a postgraduate LL.M. degree in International Finance and Banking Laws from Boston University. He is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations.

Martin Mosberger, Managing Director, has extensive knowledge and experience in private banking, investment advisory and asset management. He joined NUMMUS asset management AG in 2009 after 30 years at Credit Suisse, where he headed the Asia desk and managed a Middle East department. He worked for Credit Suisse in Zurich, London, New York and Toronto.

Martin Mosberger learned the private banking business “from the ground up” and, after his banking apprenticeship, completed his banking education by attending the CS International Banking School in New York.

Dr. Markus A. Frey, Member of the Board of Directors, has extensive experience in banking and finance, international private equity transactions, trust and estate matters, and family office services. He is an independent legal advisor and sits on the board of numerous international companies and institutions. In addition, he is chairman of several charity foundations and non-profit organisations and serves as Swiss Honorary General Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Dr. Markus A. Frey holds a PhD from the University of Zurich and a postgraduate LL.M. degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Zurich, Swiss and International Bar Associations.

Karl Weber, Member of the Advisory Board, is a renowned economist with extensive experience in the banking industry. Among others, he was an editor at the financial journal “Finanz und Wirtschaft” and a research analyst at Bank von Ernst in Zurich and London, where he was also a member of the Bank’s strategy investment committee. Later, at Bank Vontobel, he was Chief Economist of the Group and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the pension fund. Today, he runs his own company, KW-invest Ltd.

Karl Weber holds a lic.rer.pol.-degree from the University of Basel, specialising in macro-economics, growth theory and economic policy.

Raphael Huber, Managing Director, has in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of financial analysis, asset management and family office services. He joined NUMMUS asset management AG in January 2020 after a 14-year career at a family office in St. Gallen, where he was head of the asset management for private and institutional clients. Prior to that, he worked at Bank Hofmann as a financial analyst and co-fund manager, and at Credit Suisse as an internal auditor.

Raphael Huber holds a master’s degree (lic.oec.publ.) from the University of Zurich and a post-graduate diploma as a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA). He is a member of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA).
